Large & Extra-Large Items

Some products are classified as Large or Extra-Large on their product pages. These items:

  • Do not qualify for free shipping or the $14.99 flat rate.
  • Incur additional per-unit charges:
    • Large: $25 per unit
    • Extra-Large: $50–$100 per unit (varies by product & region)

For very large orders, free shipping does not apply. We may contact you before shipment if additional charges are required.

Rural & Remote Area Shipping: Deliveries to rural or remote areas outside Ontario and Quebec may be subject to adjusted shipping fees, particularly for large or heavy items. Flat-rate and free shipping options may not apply to these locations. Any adjustments will reflect the actual rates charged by our shipping partners. Customers will be notified in advance if additional shipping costs apply prior to processing or dispatch.

 

Order Processing & Delivery Timing

Orders are processed and shipped out from our Distribution Center in 3 to 5 business days.

Transit: Most orders are delivered in 5–9 business days after shipment. Ontario and Quebec often arrive sooner; remote regions may take longer.

  • OPM Sales works closely with major carriers to ensure that orders are delivered at the earliest.
  • OPM Sales currently ships within Canada only.
  • Total typical timeline: 5–10 days from order to delivery in most cases.

How is my order total calculated for free shipping?
Free shipping applies when your subtotal is $199.99 or more before tax and after discounts.
How do I know if an item is Large or Extra-Large?
It’s clearly indicated on the product page. Those items will show the additional per-unit shipping charge.
Can I get faster shipping?
Usually, yes. Please contact us for Express Shipping options at a low additional cost.
What is the status of my order?
While we’re processing your order (about 3–5 business days), status updates are limited. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check updates by logging into your account or using the Shop app.
Can I change shipping to a pickup location after placing the order?
Changes aren’t usually possible once an order is confirmed, but contact us ASAP and we’ll try to help if your order hasn’t begun processing.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Check around the property and with neighbours/building management. Verify the address and delivery photo/notes (if provided by the carrier). If still missing, contact the carrier and then reach out to us—we’ll help guide next steps.
What if my cart has both standard items and Large/Extra-Large items—will shipping stack up?
At checkout, the system may combine the flat-rate shipping with per-unit Large/Extra-Large surcharges, which can over-estimate the final shipping cost. After we pack your order and book the shipment, we recalculate the actual carrier cost. If it’s lower than what you paid at checkout, we’ll reduce the shipping fee and issue a partial refund of the difference to your original payment method—no action needed.

 

Please note: OPM Sales takes full responsibility for handling an order and delivering it safely to the shipping carrier. Thereafter, the shipping carrier delivers the order to the customer. OPM Sales is not responsible for incorrect contact details provided by the customer or the delivery processes of the shipping companies.
