Large & Extra Large items are NOT ELIGIBLE for Free Shipping or Flat Rate of $14.99 and additional shipping charges apply. Product pages of Large & Extra Large items indicate this clearly.

Orders are processed and shipped out from our Distribution Center in 3 to 5 business days.

We are continually working to improve our fulfillment process. In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive in a shorter time than the stated window—usually within 5 to 10 days. Buy Online, Free Pick Up In-Store or Curbside is also available at our 5 locations in Toronto (North York), Etobicoke (Queensway), Aurora, Newmarket and Hamilton, Ontario, for your convenience.

  • OPM Sales works closely with major carriers to ensure that orders are delivered at the earliest.
  • Currently, OPM Sales conducts business in Canada ONLY and is able to ship products ONLY within Canada.
  • Large orders are not eligible for free shipping. We may request additional shipping charges for such orders prior to shipment at our discretion.

OPM Sales works with various shipping carriers. When you choose "OPM Sales Shipping" as the shipping method for your order, the shipping carrier and service are selected at the discretion of OPM Sales.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivered in 4–7 business days across Canada. Orders to Ontario and Quebec often arrive sooner, while deliveries to remote provinces or regions may take a little longer.

Please note: OPM Sales takes full responsibility of handling an order and delivering it safely to the shipping carrier. Thereafter, the shipping carrier delivers the order to the customer. OPM Sales is not responsible for incorrect contact details provided by the customer or the delivery processes of the shipping companies. 

We cannot be responsible for doorstep theft of packages delivered by shipping carriers.
