The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lots of good deals on all sorts of items. Also have a 30 day return policy which most overstock stores do not have.

I’ve been to this store several and you really can’t beat the deals! Each time I visit I’m even more impressed than the last. This is my go to one stop shop. They have such a large and thoughtful variety of items in store. From their beautiful home decor, bedding, cute and stylish shoes and clothing.. even great quality pizza ovens! What more can you ask for!! The store manager Matthew is so knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. Will definitely be returning and recommend this place to all my friends!!

OPM is one of those stores worth making the trip for, went last week with wife and kids, found clothes/shoes for the whole family! Not to mention there are always such a variety of new items for reasonable prices, workout gear, toys for the kids, kitchen equipment, furniture just to name a few. It gives me peace of mind shopping and knowing they have the best prices around. Had a great conversation with one of the managers who always greets me with a smile. I would consider myself a regular client of OPM and will be back before long. Cheers

The place has amazing prices on footwear. My son bought his footwear for work, brands like Kodiak, Terra, Timberland, Dickies for a fraction of the price of other stores. We spent time looking through the sneakers, the clothing. A must go place for sports lovers. The door greeter was very nice and helpful.

The store is quite spacious (the old Wal-Mart on Upper Sherman & Mohawk) and has a massive selection of items, especially footwear and clothing. It is a discount store, so there will be limits on the quality of items but we were able to find a perfect women's fall Bench jacket for $79.99, a savings of $140. Definitely a good place to shop within a budget!

Great prices for quite a few name/well-known brands. We bought soccer shoes and socks for my kids at a steal! Staff is helpful, location is organized and clean - and washrooms are open!

What a wonderful products!! Amazing...I found antique and unique products which I have never found in other stores. Pricing, quality, services and product ranges made me more happy to buy. I will recommend to visit.

This is a huge warehouse overwhelming, but if you take the time to walk around. There is GREAT deals. I Bought steal toe shoes 1/2 price 👌 2 dresses.

I went in before the holidays and bought several golf shirts that cost $100+ elsewhere for $20-30. Definitely worth the drive. Will be telling my family and friends about OPM.

i was on my way home from the mohawk iceplex, and saw OPM which is now the main occupant at the county fair plaza.as soon as i saw that OPM was involved with SVP sports, i knew that there will be great deals to be caught in due time.

OPM went live at the county fair since mid-august 2022. inside the store, it's divided into sections that entail (home) housewares, footwear, athletic gear and regular clothing. regarding nhl gear, there are some great deals to be had. be advised there's a lot of odds and ends, random team gear.

as this was my first time at OPM, i'm sending a big shout-out to deshaun, one of the floor sales reps. deshaun was very warm, welcoming, and took time to explain what OPM is about. he was also very fair and consistent in greeting and dealing with all the other customers that entered the doors. he is def a great representation for the store and for himself. 💙

deshaun gave me a nice heads-up, which i would share with people reading this review: in case you didn't know, hamilton residents can order stuff off the svp sports website, and have it shipped to OPM @county fair plaza at no extra charge. a great idea for people trying to save $ on shipping and may be able to pickup their order from OPM instead. 🔥

as an aside, there have been some people both on google reviews and in-person at the store that have been bellyaching about the outside bag policy LMFAOO?? i try to keep it professional on reviews, but i had no choice but to laugh react at the stupidity of what the public can display at times.

it's pretty clearly stated at the front of the store, to leave your bag at the front with a staff member. not sure how hard it can be to understand the store policy. it's pretty hard to steal the way the store is laid out, and how there are floor staff all over the place. that said, the store wants to reduce any chances of theft to as close to zero % as they can, and that is understandable.

i did notice it's pretty warm (to be polite) in the store, and there are water stains on some of the ceiling tiles.

bottom line: i would return and would recommend OPM to others. keep checking back with them on a weekly basis (or even more frequently), as they are getting inventory all the time - you might catch a great deal on something useful for the home, or some nice clothes. 👍
