How does Buy Online Pick-Up in Store (BOPIS) work?


Store Pickup Made Easy

We’re all about convenience and savings at OPM — and that includes how you get your order. Here's how Store Pickup works:


1. Shop Online & Choose Store Pickup

Browse our wide range of deals and add your favourite items to cart.

At checkout, after filling in your information, proceed to the "Shipping Method" section and change your option to Store Pickup.

In most cases, you’ll be able to select pickup at any of these four locations:
OPM Aurora, OPM Hamilton, OPM Toronto, or SVP Newmarket.

🛒 Please Note:
Some items are only available for store pickup, while others can be shipped anywhere across Canada.
If you're ordering both types, you may place two separate orders — one for shipping and one for pickup — to ensure proper processing. Otherwise, only the store pickup option will be available.

 

2. Complete Payment

Click “Continue to Payment” to review and confirm your order. You will receive two emails from us:

  • One is your Order Confirmation, and
  • The second will be your "Ready For Pickup" Confirmation.

Please wait for the second email before coming to the store — it means your order is packed and ready. — this usually arrives within 5 - 10 days.

Your confirmation email will have further instructions on where to pick up your item at the location specified.

 

3. Pick Up Your Order

When you're ready to pick up, make sure to bring:

- A valid photo ID;
- The credit card used for purchase;
- Your pickup confirmation email (the received email or printed out email).

If someone else is picking up on your behalf, ensure they were listed during checkout or notify us in advance by email. They will need to bring a copy of the confirmation email along with their valid ID at the time of pickup. You will also need to forward the “Ready for Pickup” email to this person.

Before visiting, please check our store hours to ensure we’re open for pickups.

Once your order is confirmed and under processing by our logistics team, changes may not be possible. For eligibility on returns or exchanges, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
